We serve varying industries and factories throughout Kansas City and the United States.  Our 3D Printer builds with many of the same standard, engineering-grade and high-performance thermoplastics that are used in traditional manufacturing processes.  We can embed hardware or circuitry, fine-tune the part’s performance, optimize build speed and achieve a smoother finish easily.

Lindsay Machine Works Prints 3D Industrial Grade Thermoplastic or Polycarbonate using FDM technology.  The Stratasys Fortus 380 has a production envelope of 12″ x 12″ x 14″, allowing for larger sized plastic parts.  Our machinist modified this print’s design to a larger size using SolidWorks.

After removing the printed parts, loose support material is taken off.  The parts are ready to submerse into the soaking tank, which removes the remaining support material.   After a short time soaking the part is ready for use.
