For milled work, tolerances down to a few thousandths of an inch are held routinely on 5-axis centers, with grinding available for tighter flatness and surface finish. For turned work, ID and OD grinding lets the team hit tight cylindrical tolerances and specified Ra values on shafts, sleeves, and sealing surfaces.

First article inspection reports and material certifications are available on request. Once a part is approved, the program, fixtures, and inspection plan stay on file so repeat orders match the first part dimensionally.
