Machined from a steel plate, this part will go to help in manufacturing fire and explosion suppression devices. First, one of our talented machinists sets up the Hurco 3 Axis Milling Center to the CAD drawings sent by the client.
Once the mill is set-up and tooled, the production begins. Our client is needing a large number of these, which gives us the opportunity to show off our short run manufacturing skills.
After the part is machined and finished, it’s ready to be inspected for compliance with the provided drawings. After the part has passed inspection, it’s sent to the client making for a very quick delivery and a very satisfied customer.
