CNC PLASMA

Our new Victory CNC Plasma can cut almost any metal into shapes and intricacies with a superb finish that is economically unmatched by any other process if the tolerances are acceptable. This CNC Plasma is powered by a XPR300 Hypertherm unit to give clean cuts and superior software.

In addition to 5′ x 10′ plate cutting, this CNC Plasma has two upgrades. First is a drill collet mounted in parallel to the plasma torch to allow for precision drill holes in addition to the plasma cut pieces. This allows for holes to be added in addition to plate cutting out to reduce processing and setup time of a 2nd machine.  This machine also comes with 4-axis capability. 4-Axis provides the ability for both round and square tubing to be cut in a variety of shapes and angles with the same precision as if it was a plate. 

Even better, both the Victory Plasma system and Hypertherm unit are built in the USA.
