It just goes to show you, our 3D Printer isn’t the only machine making prototypes at Lindsay Machine Works Inc. These prototypes are cut precisely from an acetal polymer.
The Lindsay Machine Works Inc. water jet cutter cuts through plastic like butter. The machinist loads in the information and sets up the machine. This precision CNC machine uses pressurized water mixed with garnet to cut through most any material with a super fine finish.
Once these parts are cut, they are sent to Quality Control to be inspected. Another successful prototype and another happy customer.
